Towards a Successful Future

The “Towards a Successful Future” Erasmus+ training course was organized in Bulgaria by the Association “Institute Perspectives”. The project aimed to enhance the professional capacities of 12 youth workers from different European organizations.

The project, which took place between June 14-23, 2026, was implemented in various locations across Bulgaria, including Kyustendil, Dupnica, Sishtovi, and Vardim. The program's main focus was on career guidance, labor market integration, youth vocational orientation, and the development of strategic partnerships.

The project specifically aimed to contribute to the empowerment of young people from disadvantaged or vulnerable backgrounds. Participants visited newly established public youth centers, closely examining local infrastructure used for non-formal education, civic engagement, and youth work.

One of the program's notable applications was the “Danube Survivor” methodology. In this activity, participants engaged in a hands-on learning process by rowing from Sishtovi to Vardim to experience teamwork and resilience skills.

During the training, participants... The project developed practical tools for talent identification, career guidance, supporting youth transition to the labor market, and the strategic use of youth centers. Work with local youth workers and municipal representatives enabled participants to gain valuable insights into public youth infrastructure.

At the end of the project, participants gained innovative methods for supporting youth participation in social and professional life; the international cooperation capacity of the institutions they represent was strengthened. Participants' learning outcomes were documented with the Youthpass Certificate.
